Table Mountain is one of the Seven Wonders of Nature, sitting 1050m (3445 feet) above sea level, making it a must visit during your stay in Cape Town. Flanked by Devil’s Peak and Lion’s Head, Table Mountain makes up the Northern end of the Cape Fold Mountain range. It’s hard to imagine, but the mountain’s distinctive flat top which is 3km long was once the bottom of a valley.
Table Mountain shows off its unique biodiversity as it’s one of the only geographical locations that you can find the richest, yet small Fynbos kingdom. There are over 900 paths on Table Mountain alone!
